TENDER RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days of the dates of delivery for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. Footwear returns and exchanged must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels. We do not refund shipping and handling fees. Please note: Final merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. If FINAL SALE items are returned to us they will be shipped back at the customer’s expense unless prior authorization is granted.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received an item from Tender as a gift, you can return it in exchange for store credit. This will enable you to exchange your unwanted gift for another item by using the store credit to place a new order online. Please understand that you will be required to pay the cost difference if needed as well as any additional shipping, taxes, and import duties. Any unused credit will remain as a Tender store credit for future use.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS You will be responsible for any duty charges incurred when importing goods to your country.
